As a boudoir photographer I hear this all the time. As women we have so much pressure on us the look “perfect”. Boudoir is not about perfection though.
Boudoir is about self love. It’s about seeing yourself for how beautiful you are RIGHT NOW!
The idea of stripping down and getting photos taken can be scary because its vulnerable. It gives us the chance to critique ourselves and see every flaw we have. But this is why boudoir is so important.
Boudoir gives us the chance the see all the beauty in our flaws. It allows us the appreciate everything about ourselves and know that perfection is not needed to feel beautiful.
After a boudoir session you feel EMPOWERED because now every flaw is your strength!
Boudoir is about changing how you see yourself.
Loving EVERY curve, dip, and dimple.
Being brave is about being scared but doing it anyway!
