While not technically located in St. Louis but just a quick 15 minute drive across the river to Belleville, IL Beautifully Empowered Boudoir was named one of the best boudoir studios in the St. Louis area according to this article on Peerspace.

Launched in 2020 by founder Krysta Miinch, Beautifully Empowered Boudoir started off as just a passion to create photographs that were truly meaningful. Krysta wanted clients to really love and cherish the photographs she took of them. Boudoir was the perfect match for her. The makeovers, the outfits, and the fun sets really connected with her personality.

Since then she has had the honor to photographing over 100 women. From St. Charles to Chicago, women have come from all over to be photographed in our studio. Even a few have come as far away as Arkansas to be photographed by Krysta.

Starting from humble beginnings, just a one bedroom loft apartment that doubled as a studio on the weekends, Beautifully Empowered Boudoir has grown to have a dedicated 650 square foot studio in a quiet suburb in Krysta’s hometown of Belleville, IL.

What does it mean to be Beautifully Empowered?

Being Beautifully Empowered is more then just looking hot in photos (though that doesn’t hurt!) Being Beautifully Empowered is looking in the mirror and accepting yourself as you are now. It’s being okay with not being perfect. It’s knowing that the body you live in has given you so much to appreciate. It doesn’t need to be perfect, it just needs to be you!
